Paul Winner of comp 1 Tripod or bag, chose the 125 pound cash alternative.
The Manfrotto Befree Advanced Twist aluminium camera tripod kit, featuring a precision ball head, facilitates the needs of advanced hobbyist photographers who prioritise top-notch performance and stability, even on the go.
Its ergonomic design ensures a swift and intuitive setup, allowing photographers to focus on capturing the perfect shot.
The M-lock locking system with a twist lock closure adds to its efficiency, enabling easy entry and exit from bags with no protruding parts. The tripod’s ergonomic leg angle selector, usable by both right- and left-handed photographers, facilitates intuitive changes in shooting perspective without losing focus. Offering three independent leg angles for maximum versatility, the Befree Advanced also boasts an Easy Link mount for creative accessory integration, like the Professional 190 & 055 tripods. Enhancing outdoor photography possibilities, the tripod now accommodates lights and reflectors for stunning shots without extensive accessories. The 494 aluminium ball head, compact and sturdy, facilitates quick and accurate camera positioning.
Compatible with popular standard head attachments such as Manfrotto RC2 and Arca-Swiss style, the ball head features three independent controls: a primary knob for ball tightening, a friction control knob for precise balance, and an independent pan knob for horizontal camera movements—perfect for capturing beautiful landscape shots.
